International Conference
The International Conference is an annual review of our documents, to ensure our policies grow as our sisterhood does. This is often followed by in-person networking and resource sharing amongst chapters, as well as Inter-Chapter bonding activities like paddle swaps.
P.E.A.R.L Conference
Alpha Pi Phi holds two conferences open for all members twice a year. Professional Executive and Rising Leaders Conference, known as P.E.A.R.L Con, is held after Executive Council turnover in the summer months. P.E.A.R.L Con is used to train incoming and rising Chapter leaders to have a successful year at their Chapter, and network amongst Chapter leadership.
Alpha Pi Phi Awards
The International Council of Alpha Pi Phi grants awards every year at International Conference to honor and celebrate our members!
Academic Award
The Academic Award is awarded to a member who goes above and beyond in their studies. Past recipients have had the highest GPA in their chapter, participated in experiential learning courses in addition to their studies, and completed the The Curriculum of the Great Books.
Philanthropy Award
The Philanthropy Award is awarded to a member whose generosity for the community inspires others. Past recipients have completed 400+ volunteer hours in one academic year, worked with local and international non profits, supported fundraisers for those in need, and more.
Leadership Award
The Leadership Award, open to active and alum members, is Alpha Pi Phi's newest award, granted to a member who leads with exceeding grace, dignity, and moral integrity. Recipients show their dedication to Alpha Pi Phi by supporting the day to day functions of our organization, and leading members in times of growth and challenge.
DEI Award
The Dedication to DEI in Alpha Pi Phi Award is awarded to a member who contributes towards our organization’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in a significant, impactful, and meaningful way. Recipients show their dedication to upholding these values by participating actively in our DEI Committee, generating innovative ideas to continue to advance DEI within Alpha Pi Phi, and by demonstrating a commitment to DEI within their own lives.
